How can I order games from your physical storefront?

How much is shipping? Is there tracking?
CANADA
- For single game purchases (with thickness not greater than a standard DVD case) you can get $3.95 S/H with no tracking or insurance. Please note that we are not responsible for loss/damage in the Postal System if you choose this option.
- Most items will ship with $9.95 Flat Rate S/H which includes Tracking & Insurance.
U.S.A.
- For single game purchases (with thickness not greater than a standard DVD case) you can get $3.95 S/H with no tracking or insurance. Please note that we are not responsible for loss/damage in the Postal System if you choose this option.
- Flat rate S/H for $9.95 is also available, and is Air Mail, but comes with no tracking or insurance.
- For $14.95 you can get Tracking/Insurance. I know the cost is high, but that is what Canada Post charges us.
I'm local, can I just pick up my order at the store?
Yes. There is a "Local Pick-up" option, but bear in mind that it may take up to 48 hours to prepare your item for pick-up, so you need to wait for a confirmation email before coming to get it. Also, items purchased online must be paid for online, there is no way to purchase an item with the option to pay in-store (if this is what you want, just come to the store).
I live outside of Canada/USA, can I shop on your site?
Currently, no. We are only shipping to North America at the moment, but if you would like to order something, send us an email letting us know what you're looking for and where you're located and we will consider adding your country to the list of available countries. Expect that S/H charges will be higher.
I want a game that I don't see on the site, can I order it in case you get it later?
If you don't see it on the site, we might have it in the store (see the link on the left for more information on ordering from the store). If we don't have it in the store, we DO NOT take special orders or pre-orders online (at the moment), you will just have to wait until we get one in.
What is your Privacy Policy? Why do you need my phone number?
We have no interest in your personal information outside of completing the current transaction. We do not intend to SPAM you, and we will under no circumstances sell, trade, or barter your personal information to anyone else. Your phone number will only be used if there is an issue with your order that cannot be resolved via email.
Do you sell imports? What region are your games?
All of the games listed for sale on our website are North American NTSC Standard, Region 1 encoded. Some consoles are region free, and we will not accept returns for incorrect region purchasing (I'm looking at you international customers). We have a small selection of imports in our physical storefront. Also, some Canadian releases have French (as well as English) on the box art. If this is an issue, please ask before ordering as we won't accept returns because of variations in box art.
Are the games guaranteed? What is your return policy?
We guarantee all of our games 100%. Games listed as NEW are brand new & sealed, and used games are all in good condition. Disc-based games will always come in their box with cover art, and most include a manual (if you're picky about the manual, call us first to confirm). We will accept all returns on defective items (in exchange for the same item only, as per local law) and will consider returns for non-defective items on a case-by-case basis (email us).
I think I broke your website, what do I do?
If you encounter a technical error, email us via the "Contact Us" link on the left with as much detail as possible and a phone number that we can contact you at. We will try to reproduce the error and fix it ASAP.
Do you offer wholesale discounts to other game stores?
Yes. Email us with your store/contact information and what you're looking to buy and we will be in touch.
Do you buy/trade games online?
Yes. Email us with a detailed list (including condition) as well as where you're located and what you're looking to get (in cash or trade) for your games, and we will get back to you. We expect you to ship the games to us first and if everything is as described then it's all good.
Is the game in the picture the actual item?
We use stock photos for most of the items on the website because using actual item photos is horribly inefficient, if you have any question of game condition, original or greatest hits versions, etc. email us to ask before ordering.
